The reverse side features a wreath of laurel and maple leaves surrounding the value "10 CENTS" at the center, with the country name "CANADA" inscribed above.

• At the bottom of the reverse is a small "H" mint mark, which indicates that the coin was minted in the Royal Canadian Mint's Ottawa branch (known for the use of the H mintmark).
• The coin also features the Canadian motto "DEI GRATIA", meaning "By the Grace of God."
